Gizliliğe ve güvenliğe öncelik veren hizmetimizde, tüm paketlerimizin içeriği tamamen gizlidir ve darbelere dayanıklı malzemelerle hazırlanır. Paketin üzerinde firma adı veya ürünle ilgili herhangi bir belirti bulunmaz; ürünler "medikal ürünler" olarak tanımlanır. Bu sayede tüm alışveriş sürecimiz gizli ve güvenli bir şekilde gerçekleşir.
Teslimatlar, farklı bir isim belirtilmediği takdirde yalnızca adı geçen alıcıya yapılır. Paketinizi adresinize teslim alabilir veya kargo şubesinden teslim almayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Kurye ile İstanbul içi gönderim yapılmaktadır. Tüm aşamalarda gizliliğinizi ve güvenliğinizi ön planda tutarak esnek teslimat seçenekleri sunuyoruz.
Kargo veya kurye ile teslimatlarda paket içeriğini kargo veya kurye bilmez.
Ayrıca dijital güvenliğe de önem veriyoruz. Müşterilerimizin verileri, güncel güvenlik önlemleriyle korunur ve üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılmaz. Sistemimize üye olmadan da misafir müşteri olarak alışveriş yapabilirsiniz. Üyelik olmadan yapılan alışverişlerde, müşteri bilgileri kesinlikle tutulmaz; böylece hem paketleme hem de dijital süreçlerimizde tam bir gizlilik sağlanır.
